I’m highly trained, deeply experienced, and a perfectionist — When it comes to my artistry, appointments may take longer than expected because I refuse to rush or squeeze in other clients just to keep a schedule. I’m about the QUALITY of my work, not the quantity of it. PERMANENT MAKEUP, SMP, AND PARAMEDICAL TATTOOING I specialize in advanced cosmetic and restorative tattooing designed to elevate confidence and restore balance. My expertise includes precision brow tattoos, lip blush, freckles, and corrective tattoo work, as well as paramedical services such as scalp micropigmentation, hairline restoration, and scar camouflage. Each service blends pigment science with artistry to deliver natural, empowering results. ESTHETICS AND SKIN SERVICES Beyond tattooing, I offer a range of esthetic treatments to highlight and protect your natural beauty. From waxing and lash lifts to luxe lash extensions and customized facials, every service is tailored to your unique needs in a private, client‑centered studio. Experienced, licensed, and insured, I provide a safe, professional environment where clarity, care, and empowerment come first. STUDIO POLICY & PAYMENTS All services at Eye Candy Envy Reno are for clients 18 years or older. First‑time clients will complete a required health client forms, and you must bring valid identification to confirm your age. A copy of your ID will be taken and securely attached to your forms as part of my compliance requirements. For in-studio payments, I use a secure card reader that accepts all major credit and debit cards. I also accept cash and Zelle. Please note that I DO NOT accept Google Pay, Venmo, Cash App, or Apple Pay, etc.

CANCELLATION POLICY

CANCELATION, LATE, AND LASH POLICY Life happens — I get it. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give at least 12 hours’ notice. Appointments canceled within 12 hours of your scheduled appointment time will incur a 50% fee. No‑shows will incur a 100% fee. Please remember: your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you and cannot be filled by another paying client once it’s booked. When you don’t show up, that loss directly affects my business financially. LATE ARRIVAL POLICY If you’re running late, please send me a quick text message to let me know. I allow a 20‑minute grace period, and no cancellation fee will be applied during that time. After 20 minute the appointment is considered a no‑show, and the 100% fee will apply. 72‑HOUR LASH RETENTION POLICY Your lashes must stay completely dry for the first 24–48 hours after your appointment while the adhesive cures; any moisture such as tears, steam, sweat, or humidity can cause premature shedding. After this curing period, you may begin cleansing daily with the lash shampoo provided. You are responsible for monitoring your retention and contacting me within 72 hours if you notice anything unusual. Normal shedding is 2–5 lashes per eye per day, but rapid shedding, large fans popping off, or adhesive lifting are not normal. If your lashes begin falling out rapidly, you must text me immediately—preferably within the first 24–48 hours—so I can arrange a quick 30–45 minute fix within the 72‑hour window. Text only, include a clear photo, and notify me as soon as you notice the issue; there is no booking‑app option for this. Complimentary fixes are only provided if the issue is due to application error, and only if you contact me within the 72‑hour window and I have availability that day or the next day. I book out frequently, so early communication is essential. You cannot text at the 72‑hour mark and request a fix several days later; after 72 hours, all fixes become paid 1, 2, and 3 Week Fills. Aftercare issues caused by crying, sickness, watery eyes, allergies, sweat, steam, oil exposure, sleeping on your face, rubbing, mascara, strip lashes, lash serums, not cleansing, normal shedding, or picking do not qualify for complimentary fixes. If I don’t hear from you within 72 hours, I assume everything is perfect. This policy protects your lash health, my time, and ensures fairness for all clients.
